Tell us: how has inflation changed the way you grocery shop?

Walk through any US grocery store and you’re likely to experience some sticker shock. Food prices have soared 25% in recent years, outpacing inflation, so that now the average US household spends more than $1,000 per month on groceries alone. Even with news that inflation is finally starting to steady, food remains stubbornly expensive.

We’re interested in hearing how the rising cost of food has affected people in the US: the prices you’ve been most surprised by, how it’s changing your shopping and eating habits, and whether you have any tips for keeping your grocery bill low.
